We were there in June 2016 and really enjoyed it. Very comfy little cabins. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Close to an airport and town. Saw several moose close to cabin. If I get to go back to Alaska I would stay there.

Ok, we stumbled upon this place and it is GREAT! Really! The entire setting is welcoming and cozy and beautifully cared for. Each cabin is so nicely set up, clean, comfortable, and equipped. I could live here and be damn happy! The pond is a giant asset. Sit by it, read by it, nap by it. I wish I could come back here soon and often, but I live a long, long way away.

Wonderful place! Amazing view all around, close to town but yet isolated in lush woods. Homey, so get settled in! We rented the Chapel Lodge which is very spacious, 2 stories, 4 beds, a full kitchen and bath, fully stocked like your own house. The check in was confusing however, nobody was there to check us in. Turns out, it is self check in. Overall, perfect for any fishing trip!

Awesome cabin rentals in a great location, close to everything. Walk to the Kenai River. Fish cleaning table on site & they'll even process and store your fresh catch for you (tons of freezer space). All units have kitchens with stoves, and the firepit + grill station is not to be missed!

Everything a cabin should be. Our cabin was clean and comfortable with all the little things thoughtfully provided. Saw moose munching on the flowers, note how large they are when compared to their surroundings! Quiet wooded area close to town and Kenai River access close too!

I found this place through some amazing Instagram shots and knew that if I ever made it to the Peninsula, I had to stay here. I got a hold of the owner, Courtney, who made the reservation process so easy and booked my family and another family coming down with us in the Chapel Cabin. Not knowing what to expect, we packed the car with toiletries, camping chairs, bed stuff. Turns out, we didn't need it because the cabin came stocked with it all. There is an amazing little "social circle" around a fire pit and propane grill (utensils all included.) There is pre-chopped firewood that I was almost demanded to use as much as we wanted which was nice in the cooler evenings. The cabin itself has a fully stocked kitchen (but no dishwasher), a queen bed and two twin beds upstairs and a pull-out sofa and futon downstairs. I'm not much of an outdoorsman or camper but I could come back time and time again to ACBTP. The one thing that really stuck out to me was the service from Courtney and Eric. While we didn't run into them during our stay, their phone numbers are all over the complex and if anything is needed or if we had any questions, they welcome a call or text and were very quick to respond. From the beginning, I felt like I had known these guys my entire life, that's how nice they were. We're already trying to plan our next trip. I was on a mission to see Molly the Moose but it didn't happen. Hopefully next time she'll grace us with her presence. Highly recommend this location, whether its for a quick getaway from Anchorage life or if you're coming down to fish as the Kenai River is a hop, skip and jump away.

Beautiful place with excellent owners that truly take pride in their accommodations and grounds. Loved the gorgeous pond & waterfall, firepit, courtyard, and the coziest cabins on the planet! We never wanted to leave and can't wait to go back!
